Pretty sure it wasn't the housekeepers fault.they follow a schedule they are given so listen up ease keep a better eye on. Kind of silly because the housekeeper was right across the hall from us and could have cleaned ours in 15 minutes without moving her cart.
I guess they clean the rooms that are vacated first and then clean those who aren't checking out for another day or so last. When we returned the room wasn't made up. Yes, they are very sweet and friendly and we always leave daily tips but when we left the room at 11am we saw our housekeeper and explained that we would be back in 3 hours. The housekeeping service was a bit disappointing this time. Are shower caps so expensive that Winstar can't afford them on a daily basis? We were just in Atlantic City and rec'd amenities galore including shower caps. I'm sure that I could have called down for one but we do not like to be slaves of the 'waiting game'.
Note: I like to use a shower cap while I'm there because it takes FOREVER to rinse the shampoo out of your hair (soft water). which is fine because they are nicely decorated and have most of the amenities you require. We thought the new South Tower would be different but it is the same as the North.same size.same decor.
